Welcome
We are a hobby Maine Coon cat breeder located in Southeastern Massachusetts. We breed for health first and then temperament and the traditional classic Maine Coon cat look. We are proud members of the Traditional Cat Association, Inc. Our cats are out of good lines and are happy and healthy. Our goal is to breed good quality cats for families who would like to have a Maine Coon as a member of the family. We are kid friendly as long as the kids are friendly. All of our Maine Coon cats are TCA registered and some have multiple registries with CFA, TCA, and ACA.
Maine Coons are one of the largest breeds of domestic cat, their full potential size is normally not reached until they are around three- or four-years-old. The Maine Coon cat is the official state cat of Maine, and are commonly known in the States as the American barn cat.
All of our Maine Coon cats live in our home with us, they are never caged, and are part of our family. We love our Maine Coon cats very much and will NOT place our Maine Coon kittens to anyone, who will not take good care of the cats and love them for the rest of their life. All of our adult Maine Coon cats are negative for FIV and FeLV, we are in the process of testing for PKD and the HCM gene.
We do not show our cats, we feel these wonderful creatures are meant to be loved and pampered pets without the stress of being taken into show halls, crowded into tiny cages, introduced to people who do not respect them and exposed to contagious diseases. We would much rather see our kids being couch potatoes and being spoiled silly! Just because a cattery does not show, does not mean they do not strive to produce the best possible
cats that fit the rules of conformity standards set by CFA or TICA.
There is always a health risk involved, from exposure to other cats,
minimal though it may be so many breeders choose not to show
for that reason alone.
Maine Coon Cats..bet you can't have just one!
